Having a high-throughput method to isolate nuclei or single cells of any size, and the flexibility to analyze multiple parameters in single experiments, is highly desired for single-cell NGS applications. The SMARTer ICELL8 Single-Cell System and the SMARTer ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System allow for the unbiased analysis of large numbers of single cells while providing more control over the selection of the isolated cells.
