酵母基本培養基/Synthetic Defined (SD)預混型
■ 制品說(shuō)明
酵母基本培養基和synthetic defined premixes (SD) 是用一次性鋁箔袋包裝的，使用非常方便。使用時(shí)僅需要將袋中的所有組分倒入三角瓶或培養瓶中，加入0.5 L的dH2O，然后滅菌即可。不需要單獨稱(chēng)量，無(wú)需混合，也不需要調整pH值。 
· With or Without Agar 
所有的基本酵母培養基混合物都有包含瓊脂和不包含瓊脂兩種可供選擇。 
· Minimal Media 
Synthetic defined (SD)液體培養基和Synthetic defined (SD)添加瓊脂的培養基中都含有碳源（葡萄糖）、氮源和氨基酸。在每個(gè)特定的SD混合物中，已經(jīng)去掉了相應的氨基酸。例如，SD/-Leu/-Trp包含除亮氨酸和色氨酸之外的所有必需氨基酸。
